秦港股份(601326.SH)擬變更經營範圍 增加勞務派遣
格隆匯3月27日丨秦港股份(601326.SH)公佈，公司於2020年3月27日召開第四屆董事會第十八次會議，審議通過了《關於變更公司經營範圍並修改公司章程的議案》，擬對《公司章程》修改如下：
修訂前，第十二條公司的經營範圍以公司登記機關核准的項目為準。
公司經營範圍包括：為船舶提供碼頭設施；為委託人提供貨物裝卸、倉儲、集裝箱堆放、拆拼箱；為船舶進出港、靠離碼頭、移泊提供頂推、拖帶等服務；從事港口設施、設備和港口機械的租賃、維修業務；為船舶提供岸電、船員接送、污染物接收、圍油欄供應服務；港內電力、電氣工程安裝、修理、用電管理及技術改造；房屋、場地租賃；手工具的製造、加工、維修及租賃；機動車維修；計算機工程、網絡及軟件開發服務；港口信息技術諮詢服務；港口裝卸自動化技術的研發、諮詢、服務；貨物稱重服務；貨物代理；普通貨運；貨運站（場）（物流服務）；貨物專用運輸（集裝箱）；危險貨物運輸（3類）；代理海船船員辦理申請培訓、考試、申領證書（海員證和外國船員證書除外）等有關手續，代理船員用人單位管理海船船員事務，為國內航行海船提供配員等相關活動；企業管理服務；提供港口內相關勞務服務；貨物的進出口業務（國家禁止或需前置審批的除外）。（以下限分支機構經營）：為本公司提供物資採購服務；提供與本公司有關的資金結算、財務管理服務；港口設施保安服務；環境綠化、衞生保潔服務；港區鐵路運輸；計算機系統服務。
