格隆匯3月25日丨卓越教育集團(03978.HK)公佈，截至2019年12月31日止年度，公司實現收益18.32億元(人民幣，單位下同)，同比增長24.3%；純利1.35億元，同比增長82.3%；經調整純利1.65億元，同比增長36.1%；基本每股盈利17.3分；每股普通股建議末期股息5.3港仙；每股普通股建議末期特別股息2.0港仙。
於報告期內，公司的招生人次為709,393，與2018年12月31日止年度相比同期增長19.6%。公司的總輔導課時為15,488,368小時，與2018年相比增長14.2%。
營運指標方面，儘管於報告期間成立許多新的培訓中心，公司整體的學生保有率1及小班輔導滿班率2均保持在相對穩定的水平，分別為83.0%及64.1%。
集團在擴大市場區域及市場份額方面亦錄得持續增長。公司的培訓中心數目為265間。於報告期內，公司新開設53間培訓中心，主要位於粵港澳大灣區主要城市，如廣州、深圳、佛山、東莞、中山及惠州，展示了集團持續穩步推進集團業務擴張的戰略。整體來看，公司於2018年與2019年內合計淨增973間培訓中心，基與預期計劃及目標相吻合。
於報告期內，公司的兩項新晉業務有快速發展，儘管其創造的收益絕對值較小，亦讓公司看到了廣闊的發展空間及潛力。公司的一對三個性化課程受到消費者廣泛好評與認可，於報告期間，一對三個性化業務收益與2018年相比增長87.0%，一對三個性化業務滿班率4亦超過80.0%。公司的在線一對一業務發展迅速，取得令人欣喜的成績，較2018年相比，收益增速達到1152.2%，為公司的經營業績作出突出貢獻。
公司致力於持續提高公司的研發能力，不斷研發、更新及改進公司的課程、教材及信息技術系統。於報告期間，公司的研發費用為人民幣165.5百萬元，研發投入取得顯著成效。
公司對教學信息技術平台輔導班EES系統、個性化教學系統以及全日制智慧課堂三大教學系統進行了全面優化升級，實現教學活動標準化、教學管理信息化和數據化。同時，該等教學信息技術平台為學生提供了更高效且更具有個性化的教學計劃和方法，有效提升公司的教學質量及學生的學習效率，獲得學生及家長的積極好評。未來公司將持續保持研發投入的力度，致力於打造強中台來保證及提高教學質量，確保未來業績增長的動力。
