長高集團(002452.SZ)：2019年度業績扭虧為盈至1.45億元 擬10派0.7元
格隆匯3月24日丨長高集團(002452.SZ)披露2019年年度報告，實現營業收入11.59億元，同比增長10.04%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤1.45億元，上年同期虧損2.46億元；歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤9521.34萬元，上年同期虧損2.68億元；基本每股收益0.274元，擬向全體股東每10股派發現金紅利0.7元(含税)。
2019年，公司實施“聚焦主業，有進有退”的戰略方針，專注於電力能源主營業務，集中力量大力發展輸變電設備和電力工程設計服務業務，逐步退出主業外業務。公司全面扭轉了上一年度的虧損局面，經營情況持續改善，銷售訂單放量增長。
1、市場方面
報告期內，公司通過持續提升產品質量，保持合理的產品價格，提升產品毛利率。在輸變電設備板塊保持了穩健發展的態勢。
2、技術方面
報告期內，長高電氣成功研發設計完成一鍵順控項目，110KVGIS用SF6/N2混合氣體隔離和接地開關通過國家新產品技術鑑定併成功掛網運行，252KV氣體絕緣金屬封閉智能開關設備獲湖南省電力科學技術三等獎。長高開關參與了省內外多個變電站的一鍵順控雙確認試點改造工程，在“國網湖南衡陽供電公司110KV獅子山變電站斷路器等設備智能化改造”，“湖南長沙鼎功500千伏變電站第三台主變擴建工程”，“恩施東500kV變電站改造工程”等變電站掛網運行。報告期內，長高開關研發的ZGW9-816W/J6300-31.5户外特高壓隔離開關和長高電氣研發的252kV氣體絕緣金屬封閉智能開關設備分獲湖南省電力科學技術一等獎和三等獎。
3、生產方面
報告期內，長高開關、長高電氣、長高成套等子公司上線了MES管理系統，實現了產品採購、倉儲、生產、質量、銷售等各個環節的數字化全生命週期追溯。用户可以隨時隨地通過手機、PDA等智能終端掃描產品上的二維碼，產品的關鍵零部件、裝配及質量等信息便可呈現在眼前，同時還可以追溯裝配的全過程，追蹤原材料批次和供應商來源，實現了生產數字化管控。
