華森製藥(002907.SZ)：聘任Yuxun Wang擔任首席科學官 主要負責創新藥板塊能力建設
格隆匯3月23日丨華森製藥(002907.SZ)公佈，公司於2020年3月23日召開了第二屆董事會第十一次會議，審議通過了《關於聘任公司副總經理、首席科學官的議案》，同意聘任Yuxun Wang擔任公司副總經理、首席科學官，主管公司研發工作，主要負責公司創新藥板塊能力建設，快速形成符合公司發展特色的創新藥研發管線。該職務為公司高級管理人員，任期自公司董事會審議通過之日起，至第二屆董事會屆滿之日止。
Yuxun Wang擁有超過20年的腫瘤學研究經驗，包括15年的癌症藥物研發經驗。其研究專長涵蓋腫瘤和免疫腫瘤學從臨牀前到早期臨牀的系統研究。YuxunWang熟悉中美兩國新藥臨牀申報業務，在先導化合物鑑定及其優化、臨牀化合物篩選、新藥臨牀試驗啟動研究，以及推進候選藥物進入臨牀試驗等方面經驗豐富。此外，Yuxun Wang先生還擁有豐富的項目管理經驗，包括從實驗室搭建、團隊搭建到形成研發能力的整個項目的發起和領導，以及涵蓋投資、預算、資源配置及組織成長與發展的高級管理經驗。
公司認為，Yuxun Wang的加入有助於公司打造創新藥研發團隊，完善公司研發體系，提升公司自主研發實力。Yuxun Wang在癌症領域的學術造詣及臨牀研究經驗將有效推動公司創新藥產品的自主研發和創新藥BD相關工作，並將逐步形成公司自有知識產權的創新藥研發技術平台，進而優化公司產品結構，助力公司開啟仿創結合時代，綜合提升公司市場競爭能力。
公告顯示，YuxunWang，美國國籍，1968年10月出生，籍貫天津市，南開大學與天津醫科大學臨牀醫學碩士(八年制)，天津醫科大學總醫院臨牀醫師、臨牀科學家。新加坡國立大學博士並被授予研究獎學金，美國紐約愛因斯坦醫學院博士後並被授予傑出博士後獎。曾任上海迪諾醫藥科技有限公司副總裁、美國Metamark Genetics, Inc.研發副總監、南卡羅來納大學制藥與生物醫學科學系助理教授(終身制)、世界五百強企業美國製藥巨頭默沙東(Merck & Co Inc.)高級研發生物學家、藥明康德新藥開發股份有限公司腫瘤部高級主任等。
Yuxun Wang是美國臨牀腫瘤學會(ASCO)、美國癌症研究學會(AACR)和美國科學促進會(AAAS)會員。在包括國際權威期刊如Nature Genetics，PNAS，Cancer Research等期刊發表科技論文25篇，擁有2項國際專利。曾榮獲2004年美國癌症研究學會-阿斯利康獎，2005年美國癌症研究學會-賽諾菲安萬特獎，同年其研究被國際頂級期刊Nature Reviews Cancer重點介紹，2006年兩度榮獲默沙東公司優秀獎，2009年榮獲霍林斯癌症中心ACS IRG獎，2012年入選麻省理工商業計劃競賽半決賽。Yuxun Wang先生多次受邀在國際學術會議做大會講座，2017年其領導的創新腫瘤免疫項目在第108屆美國癌症研究學會年會入選口頭報告。Yuxun Wang先生的研究領域主要集中在腫瘤學及腫瘤免疫治療、DNA損傷及修復、TLR8激動劑、JAK2抑制劑、癌基因及抑癌基因等方面，多項研究成果已轉化到臨牀。
