重慶百貨(600729.SH)擬增加經營範圍“食品經營(僅銷售預包裝食品)” 並取消“勞務派遣”
格隆匯3月20日丨重慶百貨(600729.SH)公佈，公司根據經營需要，決定在經營範圍內增加“食品經營(僅銷售預包裝食品)”，同時取消“勞務派遣”。
原《公司章程》第十四條 經依法登記，公司的經營範圍：勞務派遣(按許可證核定期限從事經營)。批發、零售預包裝食品、散裝食品、糧油製品、副食品、其它食品、乳製品(含嬰幼兒配方乳粉)、飲料、酒、茶葉、保健食品，書刊、音像製品零售，餐飲服務，捲煙、雪茄煙零售，零售6866醫用高分子材料及製品、零售6864醫用衞生敷料，食品生產(以上經營範圍限取得相關許可的分支機構經營)。普通貨運、廢舊家電回收。批發、零售水果、蔬菜、水產品、農副產品、冷鮮肉、工藝美術品(含黃金飾品)、日用百貨、化粧品、針紡織品、服裝、五金、交電、通訊器材、照攝器材、健身器材、辦公用品、保健用品(不含許可類醫療器械)、傢俱、計量衡器具、勞動保護用品、Ⅰ類醫療器械、Ⅱ類醫療器械(限非許可證商品：體温計、血壓計、磁療器具、醫用脱脂棉、家用血糖儀、醫用無菌紗布、計生用品)、花卉、建築材料和化工產品及原件(不含危險化學品)、金屬材料(不含稀貴金屬)、消防器材、電器機械及器材、電線電纜，彩擴，批發、零售家用電器、鐘錶及其維修，停車服務，場地租賃，商務信息諮詢服務，企業管理諮詢服務。(依法須經批准的項目，經相關部門批准後方可開展經營活動)
