東尼電子(603595.SH)2019年度業績盈轉虧至1.48億元
格隆匯3月19日丨東尼電子(603595.SH)公佈，發佈2019年年度報告，實現營業收入6.61億元，同比減少24.26%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨虧損1.48億元，去年同期則為淨利潤1.15億元；歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨虧損1.59億元，去年同期則為淨利潤3758.37萬元；基本每股虧損0.73元。
報告期內，公司新產品無線充電隔磁材料下半年開始批量供貨，業績貢獻顯著；同時金剛石切割線受光伏產業影響，市場需求及單價均大幅下滑。
根據光伏業務現狀對相應資產計提大額減值，公司全年總計提資產減值1.8998億元，剔除資產減值影響後公司全年淨利潤為3064.20萬元,其中第一至第四季度單季度分別為-2961.49萬元、748.09萬元、2657.06萬元、2620.55萬元。
報告期內，公司金剛線業務隨着單晶份額的提升及金剛線切割性能的提高，單片耗線量大幅降低，且受金剛線生產企業擴產影響，產能嚴重過剩，市場需求量和單價均大幅下降，導致該產品的營收和毛利同比大幅減少。審慎起見，公司根據金剛線現階段的行業及市場環境，對該產品固定資產、存貨、預付賬款計提了1.81億元的減值準備。
報告期內，公司在導體、復膜線等原有消費電子領域積極配合國際大客户產品的更新換代，線材的革新升級和品質要求的提高使此類產品的單價提高，消費電子業務毛利率同比有所上升，其中導體毛利率由2018年的19%上升至25%。
隔磁材料作為無線充電技術的關鍵零部件之一，是公司在無線充電領域的拓展延伸，進行了大量的研發投入。經過將近一年的打樣驗證，公司隔磁材料項目已於2019年6月進入量產爬坡階段，開始批量供貨，下半年實現營業收入超2億元。
報告期內，公司不斷儲備研發項目和研發人員，2019年度研發投入4548.65萬元，佔營業收入的比例為6.88%，公司累計取得專利41項。
公司通過自主研發，對原有產品線進行智能化改造，實現產品生產過程的實時掌控，有效管控產品質量，降低用工成本。隨着產能的繼續擴張和研發項目的落地，公司將會打造更多的智能製造生產線，不斷提升公司利潤率水平。
