迦南科技(300412.SZ)擬向控股股東租賃房屋以作員工宿舍食堂
格隆匯3月19日丨迦南科技(300412.SZ)公佈,公司根據實際經營發展需要於2020年3月19日與控股股東迦南集團簽訂房屋租賃協議,擬租賃位於浙江省永嘉縣東甌街道林浦路1975號的房屋共7層作為員工食堂與宿舍使用。(房屋產權證登記編號:永房權證甌北字第46869號,土地證編號:永嘉國用(2008)第03-1811號),租賃期限為3年,即2020年01月01日至2022年12月31日,合同年租金為146.68萬元(含税),三年共計440.04萬元(含税)。
