《 大行報告》美銀證券下調信義玻璃(00868.HK)目標價至10.5元 評級「買入」
美銀證券發表報告表示,信義玻璃(00868.HK)管理層向分析員透露,預期今年三大業務分部均錄雙位數增長,當中汽車玻璃產能將升11.1%,且新增產能將主要集中在售後市場;建築玻璃產能亦將增18.1%。公司預期,在持續兩年的銷售大幅增加後,房地產完工週期將帶動市場需求,另指未來派息比率維持於現水平約50%。
該行下調其今年盈利預測1%,而升明年盈測3%,目標價由12元降至10.5元,以反映短期業務困境,但對其長線前景仍有信心,故重申「買入」評級。
