康達新材(002669.SZ):下屬全資孫公司擬在境外發行不超2000萬美元公司債
格隆匯3月17日丨康達新材(002669.SZ)公佈,公司於2020年3月17日召開了第四屆董事會第十九次會議、第四屆監事會第十五次會議審議通過了《關於下屬全資孫公司擬在境外發行美元債券的議案》。
為進一步改善債務結構、拓寬融資渠道、滿足資金需求、降低融資成本,增強國際化經營能力。結合目前債券市場和公司資金需求情況,公司擬通過下屬全資孫公司上海康達新材(香港)有限公司(“香港公司”)在境外發行總額不超過2000萬美元(含2000萬美元)境外公司債券,並由公司為此次發行提供擔保。債券期限:不超過5年(含5年),最終將根據公司資金需求及發行前市場情況而定。此次擬發行債券募集的資金在扣除發行費用後,將用於補充公司流動資金及公司境外開展業務。
