新研股份(300159.SZ)業績快報：2019年由盈轉虧 淨虧損18.15億元
格隆匯3月12日丨新研股份(300159.SZ)披露2019年度業績快報，報告期內，公司營業收入12.74億元，同比下降32.20%；利潤總額-18.76億元；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨虧損18.15億元，上年同期盈利2.97億元；基本每股虧損1.22元。
上述財務指標變動的主要原因如下：
2019年，受宏觀經濟下行環境和融資環境變化等因素影響，公司財務費用增加較多，公司生產組織受到不利影響，部分技改項目未能如期完成，同時受進一步深化內部戰略調整影響，導致公司2019年整體收入下滑。
(1)2019年度公司整體毛利減少約2.46億元；
(2)2019年度公司財務費用同比增加約4100萬元；
(3)經對2019年度相關經營情況初步評估後，基於審慎原則，並經與審計機構和評估機構初步溝通測算，2019年度計提商譽減值準備約15.30億元，實際金額需依據評估機構正式出具的資產減值測試評估報告及會計師事務所審計後數據進行確定；
(4)公司自2019年1月1日起執行財政部修訂後的《企業會計準則第22號-金融工具確認和計量》、《企業會計準則第23號-金融資產轉移》、《企業會計準則第24號-套期保值》、《企業會計準則第37號-金融工具列報》等會計準則，基於謹慎性原則，2019年度應收款項計提壞賬準備增加約1.83億元；
儘管2019年控股股東嘉興華控對明日宇航增資3億元以支持上市公司發展，但在前述(1)-(4)因素的綜合影響下，公司2019年度歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤虧損18.15億元，公司資產總額及歸屬上市公司股東的所有者權益也比報告期初減少。
針對業績下滑的局面，公司擬採取以下應對措施：
1、2020年完成控股股東12億元獨家認購的定增項目，補充公司資本金，降低有息負債水平。
2、聚焦“飛機結構件、航天結構件、發動機結構件”三大核心業務板塊，紮紮實實為各大主機廠做好配套服務。今年公司陸續會有表面處理的生產線投產，是未來提升核心競爭力的重要手段。
3、加強核心團隊建設，根據企業自身特性，在充分發揮公司規模優勢的基礎上，優化內部精益管理模式，持續推進各業務板塊的深度融合及協同。增進與各利益相關方的溝通與認同，積極做好風險應對和防控。通過穩健經營，提升公司的運行效率及綜合競爭能力。
