棒傑股份(002634.SZ):持股5%以上股東浙江點創減持比例達到1%
格隆匯3月9日丨棒傑股份(002634.SZ)公佈,公司近日收到持股5%以上股東浙江點創出具的《關於股份減持進展的告知函》,自2019年10月31日-2020年3月9日期間,浙江點創通過大宗交易方式減持公司股份755萬股,佔公司總股本的1.64%,佔剔除回購專户股份數後總股本的1.67%,減持比例已達1%。此次減持後,浙江點創持有公司股份5574.7901萬股,佔公司總股本的12.14%,佔剔除回購專户股份數後總股本的12.31%。
