迪森股份(300335.SZ)擬2.8億元投建迪森孵化園項目
格隆匯3月6日丨迪森股份(300335.SZ)公佈，公司於2020年3月6日，召開第七屆董事會第九次會議，審議通過了《關於投資建設迪森孵化園項目的議案》。為提高公司資產的使用效率，培育新的業務增長點，增強公司競爭優勢，公司擬投資建設廣州迪森熱能技術股份有限公司孵化園(“迪森孵化園”)項目，主要定位為高層次人才項目創新集聚中心，對接全球高層次人才和高端項目。
項目名稱：廣州迪森熱能技術股份有限公司孵化園；建設性質：新建和改擴建；建設內容和規模：迪森孵化園項目總規劃佔地面積約為43畝，主要包括科研樓、孵化基地、企業加速器、中試車間等，建築面積約12萬平方米。項目建設期約2年；迪森孵化園項目暫估總投資額預計為2.8億元，以公司自有資金及自籌資金投入。
迪森孵化園主要定位為高層次人才項目創新集聚中心，主要對接全球高層次人才和高端項目，並與廣州開發區管委會人才集團合作，充分發揮其在區域招才引智方面的重要支撐作用，為高層次人才項目打造全新創業載體。
迪森孵化園建設完成後主要通過租賃模式為引入的高層次人才項目提供配套設施、物業服務；根據情況為園區內項目提供專業諮詢服務，促進園區項目的培育和孵化，助推園區項目快速發展。
為深入實施創新驅動發展戰略，優化創新創業生態環境，加速培育科技型企業，加快推進科技成果產業化，廣州市黃埔區、廣州開發區大力推進各類孵化器建設，鼓勵企業建設各類孵化器，並出台各類鼓勵政策，幫助孵化器內企業推進研發成果轉化。
迪森孵化園位於廣州開發區東眾路，地處粵港澳大灣區科技走廊，擁有較好的區位優勢及交通優勢，符合粵港澳大灣區、廣州市及廣州開發區孵化器建設規劃。項目實施將有效提高公司資產的使用效率，併為公司培育新的業務增長點，增強公司競爭優勢。
迪森孵化園物業主要通過租賃方式運營，項目實施後公司物業租金收入將會增加，預計未來將對公司業績產生積極影響。
