國網信通(600131.SH)全資子公司擬向信產集團申請委託貸款合計1.25億元
格隆匯3月4日丨國網信通(600131.SH)公佈,公司於2020年3月4日召開第八屆董事會第二次會議審議通過了《關於全資子公司擬向控股股東申請委託貸款的議案》,同意公司的全資子公司安徽繼遠軟件有限公司(以下簡稱“繼遠軟件”)和四川中電啟明星信息技術有限公司(以下簡稱“中電啟明星”)分別向公司的控股股東國網信息通信產業集團有限公司(以下簡稱“信產集團”)申請委託貸款0.65億元和0.6億元,貸款期限為一年,貸款利率不高於銀行同期貸款基準利率。
