斯達半導(603290.SH)提示風險：主要產品為IGBT模塊 存產品結構單一風險
格隆匯3月3日丨斯達半導(603290.SH)公佈，公司股票自上市以來，股票價格波動較大，自2020年2月4日開市起至今累計漲幅達到869.54%，期間20個交易日(首日除外)內連續漲停。公司股票自上市以來價格波動較大，特別提醒投資者，注意二級市場交易風險。
1、公司市盈率水平較高的風險
根據萬德資訊數據顯示，截至2020年3月3日，公司動態市盈率為172.50倍，公司所屬的計算機、通信和其他電子設備製造業的行業動態市盈率為89.43倍，公司動態市盈率已大幅高於行業平均值；公司靜態市盈率為204.29倍，公司所屬的計算機、通信和其他電子設備製造業的行業靜態市盈率為83.27倍，公司靜態市盈率已大幅高於行業平均值。
2、產品結構單一的風險
公司的主要產品為IGBT模塊，在報告期內佔公司營業收入比例的95%以上，公司存在產品結構單一的風險。如果在短期內出現各應用領域需求下降、市場拓展減緩等情況，將會對本公司的營業收入和盈利能力帶來重大不利影響。
3、原材料價格波動的風險
公司目前主要產品為IGBT模塊，其原材料主要包括IGBT芯片、快恢復二極管、DBC板、散熱基板等，佔公司營業成本的比例較大。2016年度、2017年度、2018年度和2019年1-6月，公司原材料成本佔主營業務成本的比例分別為84.10%、87.29%、88.67%和87.21%。因此，原材料價格波動可能對公司經營業績產生不利影響。
4、市場競爭加劇的風險
隨着IGBT模塊的廣泛應用，目前眾多國內企業開始介入IGBT領域。部分國內競爭對手經過幾年的技術積累，亦可能開發出與本公司具有同等競爭力的產品。同時，國外大型IGBT生產廠商藉助自身的底藴積累，通過產業內部整合，不斷擴大自身影響力，進一步蠶食市場資源。因此，綜合國內外市場情況，未來公司可能會面臨較為激烈的市場競爭。
5、宏觀經濟波動的風險
公司產品主要應用於工業控制及電源、新能源、變頻白色家電等行業，如果宏觀經濟波動較大或長期處於低谷，上述行業的整體盈利能力會受到不同程度的影響，半導體行業也將隨之受到影響，從而對公司的銷售和利潤帶來負面影響。
6、匯率波動的風險
公司在海外的採購與銷售業務，通常以歐元、瑞士法郎、美元等外幣定價並結算，外匯市場匯率的波動會影響公司所持貨幣資金的價值，從而影響公司的資產價值。如果未來匯率出現大幅波動或者我國匯率政策發生重大變化，有可能會對公司的經營業績產生一定的不利影響。
