金盾股份(300411.SZ)提示風險：紅相科技人體紅外測温儀產品訂單能否維持長期增長具不確定性
格隆匯3月2日丨金盾股份(300411.SZ)公佈，公司的股票連續2個交易日(2020年2月28日、2020年3月2日)收盤價格漲幅偏離值累計超過20%，根據《深圳證券交易所交易規則》的有關規定，屬於股票交易異常波動的情況。公司近期股價漲幅較大，敬請廣大投資者理性投資，注意投資風險。
因受新型冠狀病毒感染的肺炎疫情影響，浙江紅相科技股份有限公司(“紅相科技”)的人體紅外測温儀產品訂單近期較往年同期有所提升，對上市公司業績有一定的影響，但從長期看，紅相科技此產品訂單能否維持長期的增長具有不確定性。
公司原實際控制人周建燦(已去世)及其一致行動人周純持有公司27.29%的股份，其中99.93%處於質押狀態。周建燦持有的750萬股公司股份已於2020年2月4日被拍賣(具體拍賣情況詳見公司2020年2月14日披露的《關於周建燦所持股份被司法拍賣的公告》)。公司的實際控制權可能存在發生變動的風險。
截至公告披露日，持有公司5%以上的股東王淼根、陳根榮已累計質押其持有股份的99.99%、95.10%，均存在高比例質押的風險。
公司於2020年2月4日披露了《關於持股5%以上股東減持股份預披露的公告》，公司大股東陳根榮計劃於2月4日起15個交易日後的六個月內以大宗交易和集中競價相結合的方式減持本公司股份不超過1021.412萬股，佔公司總股本比例2.24%。
公司因印章被偽造而涉及36宗訴訟案件及4宗仲裁案件，涉及標的金額合計25.69億元。其中，15宗案件原告或申請人已主動撤訴或撤回申請，涉及標的金額約10.70億元；18宗案件法院裁定駁回原告起訴，涉及標的金額7.68億元；3宗案件一審判決駁回原告要求公司承擔連帶擔保責任的訴訟請求，涉及標的金額3.10億元。此外，3宗案件已裁定中止訴訟程序，涉及標的金額3.68億元；1宗案件尚在一審審理過程中，涉及標的金額5300萬元。
