達實智能(002421.SZ)：對外捐贈及參與醫院建設支持抗擊新冠疫情
格隆匯3月2日丨達實智能(002421.SZ)公佈，自新型冠狀病毒肺炎疫情發生以來，公司一直高度關注疫情發展，作為一家以物聯網技術提供智慧醫療服務的上市公司，公司積極響應黨和政府的號召，在做好企業疫情防控和生產經營部署的同時，切實履行上市公司社會責任，協同各子公司積極參與抗擊疫情相關行動，包括從全球採購醫用物資捐贈醫院以及為眾多醫院提供建設服務等。具體事項如下：
1、截至公告日，公司合計支出571萬元用於醫用防護物資防疫捐贈，包括防護服及隔離服16000件，總價值310萬元，已向國內62個城市的104家衞健委及醫院捐贈防護服及隔離服11523件，總金額234.1萬元；口罩及護目鏡12040個，總價值15.57萬元，已向國內7家衞健委及醫院捐贈了10040個，總金額10.57萬元；自產的醫用專業淨化器350台，總價值245萬元，已向國內7個城市的15家疾控中心全部捐出。以上所捐贈的物資均用於支持新型冠狀病毒肺炎疫情的防控。在採購的醫用物資總量有限的情況下，公司本着應急捐贈，精準捐贈的原則，儘可能為防護物資出現極度短缺的城市和醫院提供援助。
2、公司全資子公司江蘇達實久信醫療科技有限公司(“達實久信”)及達實物聯網技術有限公司(“達實物聯”)截至公告日共參與16家醫院的建設，包括武漢雷神山醫院、雄安新區雄縣醫院、北京小湯山醫院、洪澤人民醫院、深圳市第三人民醫院二期工程等，為其提供院內空間智能管控系統、整體手術部建設、ICU、負壓隔離病房建設及改造等服務。
此次對外捐贈及參與醫院建設是為了更好地支持新型冠狀病毒肺炎疫情防控工作，是公司積極履行社會責任的體現，符合公司積極履行上市公司社會責任的要求；此次對外捐贈資金來源於公司自有資金，對公司當期及未來經營業績不構成重大影響，亦不會損害公司和投資者的利益。公司將持續密切關注疫情發展，紮實做好自身疫情防控工作，全力保護員工安全、保障公司正常經營活動開展。
