匯豐歡迎財政預算案建議 樂見中小企融資擔保計劃擔保比例提升
香港上海匯豐銀行副主席兼行政總裁王冬勝表示,該行歡迎2020/21年度財政預算案的建議,目前市場面對各種不確定因素,剛公布的措施正好從多角度支持本港不同類型的企業。以中小企為例,其作為本港經濟的重要支柱,除了僱用大量勞動力,更是增長的引擎之一,樂見當局將中小企融資擔保計劃的擔保比例提升至百分之百,相信能夠有效紓緩其經營壓力。
他指,香港是領先國際金融中心和全球最大離岸人民幣中心,於粵港澳大灣區推出的雙向理財通機制,不但讓國際投資者涉足更多人民幣產品,而且大大拓展財富管理業的發展空間。香港一直是中港兩地資本市場互聯互通的前行者,滬港通、深港通以及債券通於過去幾年成功推出,相信日後理財通能夠進一步加快人民幣國際化。
該行又歡迎政府繼續發行綠色債券、銀色債券,以及針對零售市場的通脹掛鉤債券,有助不斷擴大港元債券市場的深度和廣度。
