格隆匯2月25日丨JBB BUILDERS(01903.HK)發佈中期業績,截至2019年12月31日止6個月,公司實現收益9130.8萬林吉特,同比下降46.5%;毛利1457.1萬林吉特,同比下降13.7%;公司擁有人應占利潤422.5萬林吉特,同比下降41.9%;基本每股收益0.85仙;不派中期股息。
公告表示,中期收益減少主要由於完成若干主要合約後,期內海上建築服務工作量減少。工作量減少由於受到以下因素的進一步影響:客户發起的工作時間表變動及惡劣天氣狀況導致在建工程進程減緩;以及鑑於若干客户需更長時間自政府獲得海上建築工程的動工批准及客户設計佈局變動,截至2019年6月30日止年度獲得的若干新合約進一步延遲動工。
