佛燃股份(002911.SZ)證券簡稱擬變更為“佛燃能源”
格隆匯2月25日丨佛燃股份(002911.SZ)公佈，公司於2020年2月25日召開了第四屆董事會第三十次會議，會議審議通過了《關於擬變更公司名稱及證券簡稱的議案》。公司擬將中文名稱變更為“佛燃能源集團股份有限公司”，將英文名稱由“Foshan Gas Group Co.,Ltd.”變更為“Foran Energy Group Co.,Ltd.”；擬將證券簡稱由“佛燃股份”變更為“佛燃能源”，英文證券簡稱由“Foshan Gas”變更為“Foran Energy”；公司證券代碼“002911”保持不變。
此次變更事項尚需提交公司股東大會審議，公司董事會提請股東大會授權公司經營管理層辦理此次變更公司名稱及證券簡稱的有關手續。
在當前國家能源結構向多元化轉變的背景下，公司致力於由單一供氣企業向綜合能源供應商及解決方案提供商轉變。除從事城市燃氣業務外，公司還積極推動分佈式能源、天然氣貿易、儲氣調峯及其他創新業務的發展，以拓展公司經營業務範圍，打造更多的業績增長點，提升公司總體經營效益。
為推動分佈式能源業務的發展，公司已分別在佛山市順德區、三水區、高明區和肇慶市高要區等主要經營區域設立了能源供應子公司，發揮公司在行業中的技術、地域等優勢，通過天然氣供應業務介入綜合能源相關項目，為下游工商業用户提供蒸汽、熱能、冷能等能源服務。目前，分布式能源業務已逐漸成為公司新的業績增長動能。為進一步提升公司對綜合能源業務的專業化管理水平，公司還將設立專門從事綜合能源業務管理的全資子公司，以整合現有的綜合能源業務，進一步開發供熱、分佈式能源等項目及其他新型能源業務，並對經營區域內的熱電聯產等大型用氣項目進行投資。
公司積極向上遊拓展天然氣產業鏈，一方面公司全資子公司深圳前海佛燃能源有限公司作為投資控股平台，已在佛山市和香港特別行政區分別設立了子公司，逐步開展國內和國際天然氣貿易業務；另一方面公司正積極研究LNG儲氣調峯庫項目的建設與投資。此外，公司還通過參股廣東中研能源有限公司，參與開展汽車充電運營等方面業務，積極拓展其他能源業務。
綜上，為了使公司名稱及證券簡稱與公司的發展戰略和實際經營狀況更加匹配，公司擬變更公司名稱及證券簡稱。此次變更公司名稱及證券簡稱有利於公司的綜合能源及其他創新業務的發展和戰略佈局的實現，符合公司的根本利益，不存在損害公司和股東利益的情形。
