格隆匯2月21日丨永利地產發展(00864.HK)公佈,截至2019年12月30日止12個月,集團實現收入3320.9萬港元,同比增長2.70%;年內虧損9008.1萬港元,同期盈利1944.7萬港元;基本每股虧損23.33港仙。
公司股權擁有人於2019年應占年度全面開支總額約為9647.3萬港元(2018年:全面收益總額約1959.4萬港元),與2018年相比為轉盈為虧。減少主要是因為集團投資物業的公平值淨變動下跌。
