迪馬股份(600565.SH)擬增加經營範圍建築工程技術諮詢和企業管理諮詢
格隆匯2月17日丨迪馬股份(600565.SH)公佈，公司於2020年2月17日召開第七屆董事會第九次會議審議通過《關於增加經營範圍暨修改
<公司章程>
的議案》。鑑於公司業務發展的需要，公司擬增加經營範圍：建築工程技術諮詢和企業管理諮詢(最終以工商登記信息為準)，同時對《公司章程》相關條款作修改。
原章程第十三條經公司登記機關核准，公司經營範圍是：
房地產開發(按資質證書核定期限經營)；製造、銷售運鈔車、特種車及零部件(按國家行業主管部門批准的車型組織生產、銷售)，上述汽車售後服務；銷售汽車(不含九座及以下乘用車)；經營本企業自產的機電產品出口業務(國家組織統一聯合經營的出口商品除外)、本企業生產、科研所需的原輔材料、機械設備、儀器儀表及零配件的進口業務(國家實行核定公司經營的進口商品除外)；電子產品、計算機軟件、硬件及網絡設施的技術開發及銷售，計算機系統集成及相關信息服務(除國家有專項管理規定的項目外)；銷售建築材料及裝飾材料(最終以工商登記信息為準)。
公司可以根據自身發展能力和業務的需要，依照有關法律、法規的規定適時調整經營範圍和經營方式，並在國內外設立分支機構和辦事機構。
