莎莎(00178.HK)稱正採取措施全方位節省開支 香港整體前線後勤員工流失不多於3%
《蘋果日報》引述莎莎(00178.HK)後勤員工指,公司明日(14日)將公布裁員消息,300至400人的後勤部門裁員達50至60%。莎莎國際發言人表示,集團與香港零售同業一樣,正受到不利的市場環境影響。集團正採取各項措施,全方位節省開支。
集團指,已因應業務需求,調整各部門及前線人手部署。在經過多番考慮後,前線員工於2至4月期間,採用分更制形式,減少值班員工數目。同時,集團亦檢討整體員工編制,精簡架構時員工流失佔香港整體前線及後勤員工不多於3%。
此外,集團亦考慮由3月至5月份短期減薪,當中高級管理層的減幅約40%,其餘基層員工減幅10%至15%。連同較早前全體執行董事由2月起減薪75%三個月,集團希望一系列精簡架構措施,能夠在短期內節省成本約30%。另外集團亦會繼續與業主商討減租事宜。
