朗廷(01270.HK)公布2019年止年度業績,總租金收入4.84億元,按年下降21.4%。錄得虧損26.35億元,相對上年度純利8.96億元,盈轉虧,主要源於投資物業公平值下跌。每股份合訂單位虧損124仙。
年度可分派收入2.59億元,下跌36.9%,每股份合訂單位分派3.4仙,連同中期分派全共年派12.1仙,分派收益率5.1%。經董事會審議,從2020年開始,把分派率從以前可分派收入的100%降低至不少於90%,以增加業務的現金儲備。
撇除投資物業及衍生金融工具公平值變動,錄得純利1.69億元,倒退45.9%。
