龍軟科技：任永智辭去總經理職務 聘姬陽瑞為總經理
格隆匯2月11日丨龍軟科技(688078.SH)公佈，公司董事會於近日分別收到郭兵、任永智遞交的書面辭職報告，因公司部分工作內容調整，郭兵申請辭去公司副董事長職務，任永智申請辭去公司總經理職務，均自辭職報告送達公司董事會之日起生效。辭職後，郭兵仍擔任公司董事、戰略委員會委員、審計委員會委員和副總經理職務；任永智仍擔任公司董事、薪酬與考核委員會委員職務。
2020年2月10日，公司召開第三屆董事會第十五次會議，審議通過了《關於選舉任永智先生為公司副董事長的議案》、《關於聘任姬陽瑞先生為公司總經理的議案》、《關於聘任任永智先生為公司副總經理的議案》和《關於聘任張鵬鵬先生為公司副總經理的議案》
公司董事會同意選舉任永智為公司第三屆董事會副董事長，任期自董事會審議通過之日起至第三屆董事會屆滿之日止
公司董事會同意聘任姬陽瑞為公司總經理，由其負責公司的日常經營管理工作。任期自董事會審議通過之日起至第三屆董事會屆滿之日止
公司董事會同意聘任任永智為公司副總經理。任期自董事會審議通過之日起至第三屆董事會屆滿之日止
公司董事會同意聘任張鵬鵬為公司副總經理。任期自董事會審議通過之日起至第三屆董事會屆滿之日止
姬陽瑞：男，中國國籍，無境外永久居留權，1972年7月出生，1994年9月和1996年7月分別取得中國礦業大學礦井建設專業工學學士學位和企業管理專業經濟學學士學位，2009年6月取得英國倫敦南岸大學國際市場營銷理學碩士，高級經濟師、一級安全評價師。1996年7月至2003年8月就職於煤科總院經濟研究所，歷任經濟研究室主任、辦公室主任、所長助理；2003年9月至2006年12月就職於煤科總院經濟與信息研究所，擔任副所長；2007年1月至2008年8月就職於煤科總院經營管理部，擔任副主任；2008年9月至2011年2月就職於中煤科工集團煤科總院，擔任經營管理部長和安全生產部長；2011年3月至2015年8月就職於中煤科工集團國際分公司，擔任總經理；2015年9月至2019年4月就職於中煤科工集團國際工程公司，歷任副總經理和總經理；2019年5月加入公司，擔任公司營銷負責人職務。姬陽瑞曾獲得煤炭行業科技進步獎二等獎1項和三等獎1項。
