近期，國泰君安國際(01788.HK)正式被倫敦證券交易所旗下全球指數機構富時羅素(FTSE Russell)納入“富時社會責任指數”(FTSE4Good Index)。近年來，公司在企業社會責任方面的突出表現，再度獲得了國際金融市場和投資界的認可。

富時羅素(FTSE Russell)是全球領先的指數、分析和數據解決方案的供應商，其提供的相關指數涵蓋98％的可投資市場，能夠真實反映覆蓋不同資產類別、投資風格和策略的全球市場狀況，並在開發當地市場指數和了解全球客户需求的過程中積累了雄厚的專業實力。
“富時羅素社會責任指數”(FTSE4Good Index Series)於2001年創立，旨在發現在環境、社會與治理(ESG)的實踐方面表現傑出的公司，並對其成績進行表彰。對於正尋找並投資於有良好持續性發展的企業的投資者而言，該指數將會成為領先的市場投資工具。當投資者希望通過投資以鼓勵企業行為發生積極變化，並使投資組合與投資者自身ESG價值觀保持一致的時候，該指數亦能提供一定的指引和支持。
符合入選資格的企業，需要於環境管理、緩解氣候變化、維護勞工權利和供應鏈勞工標準等多個企業責任相關方面落實相關措施。該指數系列每年分別於6月及12月檢閲並更新。
