英科醫療(300677.SZ)：部分出口美國產品加徵關税税率降低
格隆匯2月6日丨英科醫療(300677.SZ)公佈，公司是綜合型醫療護理產品供應商，主營業務涵蓋醫療防護、康復護理、保健理療、檢查耗材四大板塊，主要產品包括一次性手套、輪椅、冷熱敷、電極片等多種類型的護理產品，產品廣泛應用於醫療機構、養老護理機構、家庭日用及其他相關行業。公司憑藉全面的生產能力、可靠的產品和服務，與美國、日本、德國等120多個國家和地區的客户建立了合作關係。
近日，美國貿易代表辦公室陸續發佈了第三批2000億美元加徵關税的豁免清單、第四批第一期3000億美元的徵税清單。經核查，公司產品丁腈手套工業級在2000億美元豁免清單中，對該產品將豁免加徵關税，關税税率由28%下降至3%；丁腈手套醫療級在第四批第一期3000億美元的徵税清單中，但加徵的關税税率將由15%下降至7.5%。
此次關税税率的降低，有利於增強公司產品的出口競爭力，有利於進一步增加公司的盈利能力，同時公司將加速進入投資擴產的軌道，力爭實現經營業績的長期穩定增長。
同時，根據2019年12月中美第一階段經貿協商結果，公司向美國出口的PVC手套醫療級和工業級均不會被加徵關税。
另外，公司美國子公司INTCO MEDICAL INDUSTRIES,INC.在2020年1月30日聯合國際知名諮詢機構畢馬威KPMG海關事務團隊向美國海關提交了丁腈手套醫療級的加徵關税的豁免申請，在爭取取得丁腈手套醫療級的關税的完全豁免，如有積極進展公司將會及時進行信息披露。
公司2019年一次性手套產能約150多億隻，90%以上出口國外，但因近期國內新冠狀病毒疫情爆發，公眾防護意識增強，國內一次性防護手套需求激增，內銷訂單大幅增加，產品供不應求。公司將加快生產線建設，並將當前有限產能優先確保國內市場的供應，預計2020年公司將有20條丁腈雙手模生產線陸續建成投產，新生產線投產後將釋放超過約60億隻/年丁腈手套的產能，將會對公司業績產生積極的影響。
