澳門賭場關閉半個月 花旗、中金料博彩收入將受影響
澳門政府宣佈,關閉賭場半個月,多家大行預料澳門博彩收入將受影響,有大行下調博彩收入預測。
花旗研報指,由於香港與內地之間的主要關口幾乎都全部關閉,而港澳間的渡輪亦關閉,因此進一步下調今年的澳門博彩收入預測,由原來的下跌8%,擴大至下跌12%。料上半年的博彩收入按年下跌44%,但下半年就按年增長22%,建議投資者在估值更有吸引力時買入博彩股,特別是金沙中國(1928.HK)及銀河娛樂(0027.HK)。
中金公司預計,賭場半個月的暫停運作,或會導致全年正常化後的税息折舊及攤銷前利潤(EBITDA)減少約7.3%,2月份博彩收入將按年下跌75%至85%,3月份就按年跌40%至50%。預期疫情會在2月中旬緩和,並在2月底及3月初進入穩定期,疫情結束後的一個季度裡,高端需求有望推動博彩業復甦。現時板塊估值已低,建議投資者逢低增持。
