神州信息(000555.SZ):持股6.67%股東中新創投擬減持不超2%股份
格隆匯2月3日丨神州信息(000555.SZ)公佈,公司於2020年2月3日收到持股5%以上股東中新創投的《關於神州數碼信息服務股份有限公司的股份減持計劃告知函》。中新創投計劃在自該公告之日起15個交易日後的6個月內以集中競價方式減持公司股份不超過1940.7625萬股,即不超過公司總股本的2%,任意連續90個自然日內通過證券交易所集中競價交易減持股份的總數不超過公司股份總數的1%。中新創投目前持有公司股份6467.5937萬股,佔公司總股本的6.67%。
