漢嘉設計(300746.SZ):2019年淨利預增15%-30%
格隆匯2月2日丨漢嘉設計(300746.SZ)披露2019年度業績預告,公司預計2019年1-12月歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤為8700.22萬元—9835.03萬元,同比增長15%—30%。2019年度,歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤與上年同期相比同向上升,主要原因如下:
報告期內,公司業務發展良好,收入和利潤比去年同期有所增長。公司EPC工程總承包業務規模擴大,新增合同大幅增長,EPC業務的持續實施對公司2019年度及以後年度經營業績產生積極影響。公司收購的杭州市城鄉建設設計院股份有限公司於2019年9月開始納入公司的合併報表,杭設股份經營情況良好,對報告期公司經營業績有一定積極影響。
2019年度,公司通過投資上海茁昀企業發展合夥企業(有限合夥)實現投資收益3383萬元。預計2019年度非經常性損益對淨利潤的影響金額約為4900萬元,主要是政府補助和理財收益、投資收益。
