雅本化學(300261.SZ)：2019年淨利預降37.74%-50.19%
格隆匯2月2日丨雅本化學(300261.SZ)披露2019年度業績預告，公司預計2019年1-12月歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤為8000萬元–1億元，同比下降37.74%-50.19%。
報告期內，子公司南通雅本化學有限公司停產直接造成的損失約為7500萬元。在公司管理團隊的帶領下，全體員工齊心協力，積極挽回南通雅本停產所造成的負面影響，在復產後合理調配產能，不斷強化安全環保生產，有效提高生產設備運行效率，各項工作有力推進，最大限度地減輕停產期間的經濟損失，但淨利潤與去年相比仍有較大幅度下降。受“3.21響水化工廠爆炸事件”影響，子公司江蘇建農植物保護有限公司處於停產整頓狀態，對公司造成直接利潤損失約為4825萬元。
報告期內，面對江蘇省化工行業的重大變化和挑戰，為進一步優化公司產品結構，提高市場綜合競爭力和抗風險能力，公司管理團隊因時制宜，在加強對現有基地尤其是南通基地的現場管理和精益生產的同時，適時調整戰略佈局，準備於上虞區杭州灣經濟技術開發區投資12.5億元建設酶製劑及綠色研究院項目、年產500噸左乙拉西坦等原料藥項目，打造高端醫藥CDMO定製研發及生產基地；子公司樸頤化學以及頤輝生物加大研發投入收到良好效益，尤其是頤輝生物的生物酶業務具有較大的技術和質量優勢；出資3000萬元成立產業投資基金，投資於行業內具有先進技術和工程特色，並具有良好發展潛力的製造型企業；子公司Amino Chemcials Limited投資300萬歐元與加拿大公司Greenstar Global Inc.成立合資公司，準備研發、生產和銷售大麻二酚等管制藥物，豐富公司包括左乙拉西坦、普拉克索、帕利哌酮在內的神經中樞用藥產品，打造新的利潤增長點。
報告期內，國內開展實施的垃圾分類政策對艾爾旺的業績有一定的促進作用。
報告期內，公司非經常性損益約為-4000萬元，本期扣除非經常性損益後歸屬於上市公司股東的利潤約為1.2億元至1.4億元，原因主要系子公司停工損失所致。
