三特索道(002159.SZ)：因新冠肺炎疫情影響 公司旗下旅遊項目主要業務已暫停運營
格隆匯2月2日丨三特索道(002159.SZ)公佈，當前，全國範圍內正在發生不同程度的新型冠狀病毒肺炎疫情。為全面做好新型冠狀病毒肺炎疫情防控工作，響應國家號召，本着“對遊客負責、對員工負責、對社會負責”的宗旨，公司旗下分佈於全國多個地方的旅遊項目的主要業務已主動暫停運營，恢復運營時間將根據各地疫情的情況確定。
公司總部地處湖北武漢，投資經營的旅遊項目分佈於陝西、海南、貴州、浙江、江西、湖北、內蒙古、廣東、福建等地。根據對公司2016年至2018年經營情況的分析，此次疫情重點爆發的湖北地區2016年、2017年、2018年營業收入佔公司當年總營業收入的比例分別為11.28%、9.67%、5.30%，呈逐年下降趨勢，公司對湖北地區的收入不具有依賴性。但由於目前疫情尚未完全得到控制，公司無法準確預估各地區可恢復運營時間。本次疫情對公司短期經營業績將產生一定不利影響，對未來經營業績的影響尚不確定，具體影響程度仍需進一步評估。
為了儘可能降低運營風險，降低此次疫情對公司業績可能產生的影響，公司上下齊心協力，迎接挑戰。公司第一時間成立了專項領導小組，積極參與湖北、武漢抗擊疫情阻擊戰，並啟動全員線上辦公，對防疫工作、遊客及員工安全、資產安全、經營恢復工作等進行了綜合部署。公司採取了以下措施：在疫情持續期間，積極申請政府補助等政策性資金，與相關方溝通關於減免税費、管理費、金融機構政策支持等舉措，幫扶公司渡過難關；加快資產處置工作；創新發展，利用線上遊覽等方式做好營銷工作；壓縮成本，開源節流，保障現金流安全；系統研究制訂恢復運營方案，為疫情結束後公司運營提供支撐。
公司將持續高度關注此次新型冠狀病毒肺炎疫情的進展情況並及時履行信息披露義務，根據實際情況對公司的經營策略做出調整，謹慎研判其對公司的影響，主動應對，將影響降到最低。
