格隆匯1月23日丨威華股份(002240.SZ)披露2019年度業績預告,公司預計2019年1-12月實現歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤2500萬元-3500萬元,比上年同期(追溯調整後)下降83.62%-77.06%。
公司2019年度業績變動主要包括如下原因:
1、公司鋰鹽業務受市場環境變化,鋰鹽產品價格相比去年同期出現較大幅度的下降,導致公司相關存貨可變現淨值下降。根據會計謹慎性原則,公司擬對相關存貨計提存貨跌價準備,最終計提金額以審計報告為準。
2、公司纖維板業務受國內經濟環境影響,銷售價格下降,銷售費用上升;同時2019年財務費用較去年同期上升,綜合以上因素,纖維板業務的業績較去年同期有所下降。
