格隆匯1月22日丨科信技術(300565.SZ)披露2019年度業績預告,公司預計2019年1-12月歸屬於上市公司股東的淨虧損8500萬元-8000萬元,上年同期盈利1670.25萬元。
報告期內,公司歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤較上年同期大幅下降。業績變動影響主要因素:
1、5G尚未規模化商用,市場競爭加劇,導致公司總體營業收入和毛利率下降;
2、為提高核心競爭力,夯實管理和研發基礎,應對未來的行業發展趨勢,公司加強了人才引進力度,加大了研發投入和市場投入,導致運營成本上升;
3、科信科技大廈的投入使用導致折舊費等管理費用有所增加;
4、預計非經常性損益對公司淨利潤的影響金額約為350萬元,主要為收到政府補助。
