曲美家居(603818.SH)2019年度預盈0.8億-1.17億元 同比扭虧為盈
格隆匯1月22日丨曲美家居(603818.SH)公佈，預計2019年年度實現歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤與上年同期相比，將實現扭虧為盈，實現歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤8000萬元至11700萬元。
歸屬於上市公司股東扣除非經常性損益後的淨利潤6800萬元至10200萬元。
2019年，公司明確“時尚曲美”的品牌定位，強化品牌設計基因，快速推出定位為85後的時尚新品，以高性價比+高顏值的時尚家居產品定位佔領更大市場，推進品牌減齡工作；不斷提升曲美市場團隊和經銷商的主動營銷與前端獲客能力，實現主動營銷、互聯網營銷新模式轉型；公司通過對產品品類的豐富，以全屋設計為入口、以全屋傢俱產品線為支撐，提供從櫥櫃、木門、定製家居、成品家居以及軟裝的一站式解決方案，實現“拎包入住”。全品類+一站式的銷售模式在市場終端為經銷商提供了強有力的價格武器，使營銷、促銷活動更具有競爭力，提升了各類家居產品的連帶銷售金額，從而大幅提升了客單值和均單毛利額。公司國內4季度收入同比去年增長15%左右。
2019年，公司對海外子公司Ekornes AS董事會進行改組，建立了務實、高效，更具領導力的新董事會；優化Ekornes AS組織架構，提升公司運營效率；在市場定位、品牌定位以及銷售策略等方面，聘請了Bain& Company諮詢公司，對Ekornes AS進行市場分析、商業邏輯梳理、產品競爭力分析、品牌營銷以及未來戰略佈局等方面進行了重新規劃；2019年Ekornes AS推出新沙發產品和電動單椅，為Ekornes AS全球銷售注入新的活力；聘請國際知名設計師加入設計團隊，啟動新產品研發，新沙發產品上市後獲得市場積極反饋。
MG品牌已成功進入中國市場，在中國市場實現約600家體驗店的線下渠道佈局，京東、天貓、小程序均已上線銷售，2019年交付產品約20000套。2019年9月，Stressless新一代形象店在北京開業，同期舉辦大型招商會，Stressless 以200-300平米的品牌獨立加盟店的形式升級店面體驗，並持續在全國進行門店佈局。2019年Stressless國內收入同比增長76.71%。
公司2018年完成對Ekornes AS的收購，發生的併購財務顧問費、律師費、評估費等各類中介費用6760.17萬元。
