格隆匯1月22日丨中石科技(300684.SZ)披露2019年度業績預告,公司預計2019年1-12月歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤為1.2億元-1.3億元,同比下降7.61%-14.72%。
公司預計2019年年度歸屬於上市公司股東淨利潤為1.2億元-1.3億元,較上年同期略有下降,主要原因為:
1)報告期內,公司的營業收入和營業成本較去年同期基本持平;
2)報告期內,公司新增超薄熱管、VC、5G基站毫米波模組等新產品及新項目研發,同時公司進一步加大已有產品迭代研發的投入和研發高端人才的引進,公司研發費用較上年同期增加約1200餘萬元;
3)公司於2018年12月實施限制性股票激勵計劃,本報告期攤銷股份支付費用較上年同期增加約660萬元。
報告期內,非經常性損益對淨利潤的影響金額預計為580萬元,主要來自政府部門的補貼,具體數據以2019年度報告中披露數據為準。
