格隆匯1月21日丨方正電機(002196.SZ)公佈,預計2019年度歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤1450萬元-2100萬元,上年度虧損4.44億元。
公司報告期內盈利的主要原因系子公司上海海能、杭州德沃仕經營情況正常,與上年相比減少商譽減值準備的計提,故2019年公司轉虧為盈。
報告期內:1)公司汽車座椅馬達業務轉合資公司經營;2)新能源汽車驅動電機業務受行業補貼退坡等政策影響業務增長不及預期;3)研發費用增加,上述因素亦影響了公司業績。
