首長國際(00697.HK)可轉換債券首日即獲轉股，經緯創投增持首家被投上市公司
格隆匯獲悉，首長國際(00697.HK)於2020年1月20日發佈公告，公司收到經緯創投旗下基金Matrix Partners V及Matrix Partners V-A發出的可轉換債券兑換通知，根據可轉換債券轉股條款分別向以上兩支基金配發換股股份。
經緯一直專注於投資早期創業型公司，在其投資的上百家公司裏，首長國際是經緯選擇的第一家上市公司，而且這並不是經緯首次投資首長國際。2019年3月，首長國際向厚朴投資及經緯配售股份，經緯投資金額1.37億港幣，持股比例2%。經緯於2020年1月17日完成本次可轉換債券認購，在完成認購後的第一個交易日就對其所持有的可轉換債券完成轉股動作，其對首長國際轉型後業務模式及盈利能力的巨大信心可見一斑。
據瞭解，過去兩年，首長國際在停車場業務板塊發展勢頭強勁，在八大重點城市、四大核心區域佈局停車業務，已運營管理包括北京、上海四大國際機場在內的眾多優質停車資產，運營的大興國際機場停車樓成為了網紅打卡地。首長國際在停車的基礎上，擴展運營手段，提高資產收益和非停創新的能力，將停車場打造成為融合多項功能的綜合性空間。首長國際在停車板塊的線下流量入口優勢、用户多元消費場景優勢，也正是吸引經緯的原因之一。
