格隆匯1月20日丨海聯訊(300277.SZ)披露2019年度業績預告,公司預計2019年1-12月歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤為1060萬元–1300萬元,同比增長32.20%-62.13%。業績變動原因如下:
1、報告期內,公司堅持既定的發展戰略,保持與供應商及客户的深度合作,各項經營計劃有序開展,華北地區業績增長明顯,山東地區業績有所下降,其它地區業績平穩。綜上因素,公司整體經營穩步發展,營業收入及毛利均較上年同期有所增長,預計淨利潤1060萬元-1300萬元。
2、報告期內,公司非經常性損益對淨利潤的影響金額預計為400萬元至450萬元之間,主要系收到的政府補貼及劃分為以公允價值計量且其變動計入當期損益的金融資產的公允價值變動所致。
