格隆匯1月20日丨淮河能源(600575.SH)發佈2019年年度業績預告,預計2019年年度實現歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤與上年同期(法定披露數據)相比,將增加3.99億元到5.19億元,同比增加95.88%到124.72%。歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤與上年同期(法定披露數據)相比,將減少5741.91萬元到1.20億元,同比減少23.21%到48.67%。
期內,由於公司控股子公司淮滬煤電有限公司丁集礦受井下地質構造影響,工作面斷層多,導致2019年煤質較差,煤炭發熱量低、矸損率較高,煤炭銷售毛利同比下降。其次,本期處置港口資產增加淨利潤2.82億元;收回淮礦現代物流有限責任公司償還公司以前年度已計提減值準備及已作為擔保損失處理的留債本金2.23億元。
