格隆匯1月16日丨ST海馬(000572.SZ)披露2019年度業績預告,公司預計2019年1-12月歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤為9000萬元~1.3億元,上年同期虧損:約16.37億元;基本每股收益0.055元~0.079元。業績變動的主要原因如下:
1、公司汽車產銷量同比大幅下滑。
2、公司對庫存整車、積壓存貨、閒置資產等根據會計準則及會計制度進行減值測試並計提資產減值損失。
3、主要的非經營性損益影響歸母淨利潤約7億元。包括:①公司全資子公司海馬汽車有限公司轉讓其子公司上海海馬汽車研發有限公司和河南海馬物業服務有限公司的股權;②出售閒置房產;③單獨進行減值測試的應收款項減值準備收回;④收到的政府補助。
