ST摩登(002656.SZ)实控人等或被动减持不逾11.5%股份
ST摩登(002656.SZ)公布,公司於近日分别收到控股股东瑞丰集团、实际控制人林永飞及其一致行动人翁武强的通知,指可能因股票质押融资事宜发生被动减持的情形。
截至2020年1月15日,瑞丰集团、林永飞、翁武生及其一致行动人合计持有2.92亿股股份,占公司总股本的41.07%。若启动执行程序及规定,将会导致瑞丰集团、林永飞及翁武强被动最大减持公司股票分别为6,068.91万股、1,659.74万股及440万股,合计占公司总股本的11.46%。
