格隆匯1月14日丨泰禾光電(603656.SH)公佈,2020年1月13日,經公開交易及肥西縣自然資源和規劃局出具的《成交確認書》,公司競得該土地使用權。
地塊編號為肥西[2019]21號,出讓面積為309,461.64平方米(合464.19畝),成交價格5663.148萬元。
此次競得土地使用權擬作為公司未來擴大生產經營用地,此舉有利於公司的可持續發展,符合公司戰略發展需要,為公司持續穩定長期發展提供必要的保障。
