三連板友阿股份(002277.SZ)：直播帶貨模式目前尚不是公司主要銷售來源
格隆匯1月13日丨友阿股份(002277.SZ)公佈，公司股票在最近3個交易日連續漲停，針對公司股價異常波動，公司對有關事項進行了核查，現將有關核實情況説明如下：
(一)經營情況
經自查，公司目前經營情況正常，內外部經營環境未發生重大變化。
(二)重大事項情況
經自查，公司、控股股東和實際控制人不存在關於公司的應披露而未披露的
重大事項，或處於籌劃階段的重大事項。
(三)媒體報道、市場傳聞、熱點概念情況
公司關注到近期相關媒體“微信小程序概念大漲，友阿股份等4股漲停”、“網紅經濟概念股持續活躍，友阿股份再度漲停”等報道，投資者也對公司“友阿購”微信小程序的直播帶貨營銷模式較為關注。現對相關事項的基本情況進行説明，並風險提示如下：
公司的主要業務為百貨零售。為實現線上線下的深度融合，公司於2018年下半年開始自主研發新零售平台─“友阿購”微信小程序，同時研發基於自身業務邏輯，依託微信小程序底層技術的直播小程序。2019年8月，“友阿購”微信小程序在公司下屬的各線下賣場及電商平台全面使用，包含直播大廳、超值拼團、線上商城等板塊。藉助“友阿購”微信小程序上的“直播大廳”，公司下屬的線下賣場及電商平台均可同步開展直播帶貨營銷：平時以線下賣場各品牌專櫃的導購為主播進行直播帶貨，遇營銷活動日或節假日則會邀請網紅或者達人與品牌專櫃導購以KOL+素人主播的形式進行直播帶貨。
直播帶貨是很多企業、產品目前通行的互聯網銷售模式，藉助“友阿購”微信小程序上的“直播大廳”進行直播帶貨也是公司營銷模式之一，但就其目前直接實現的銷售數據來看，這種直播帶貨模式目前尚不是公司的主要銷售來源，其佔公司的銷售比例較低，未對公司業績產生重大影響，且未來可實現的銷售規模亦存在不確定性，敬請廣大投資者注意投資風險。
除上述説明事項，公司未發現需要澄清或迴應的媒體報道或市場傳聞；公司未發現其他可能對公司股票交易價格產生重大影響的事件。
