根據中國證監會發布的行業分類結果，公司所處行業為計算機、通信和其他電子設備製造業。截至2019年1月7日收盤，公司靜態市盈率為179.26，高於計算機、通信和其他電子設備製造業的平均靜態市盈率95.86。公司TTM市盈率為137.63，高於計算機、通信和其他電子設備製造業的平均TTM市盈率58.05。
公司股東Engineering and IP Advanced Technologies Ltd.(“EIPAT”)於2019年7月17日發佈了股份減持計劃公告，計劃自2019年7月17日至2020年1月17日減持不超過2341.9195萬股，即不超過公司總股本的10%。根據EIPAT發佈的股份減持進展公告，截止2019年11月，該減持計劃已減持229.6794萬股份，佔公司註冊資本的比例為0.98%，其此次減持計劃尚未實施完畢。
公司股東英菲尼迪-中新創業投資企業(“英菲中新”)於2019年12月3日發佈股份減持計劃公告，計劃自2019年12月5日至2020年6月4日減持不超過115.24萬股股份，即不超過公司總股本的0.5%。截止2019年12月3日發佈減持計劃公告日，其持有公司的股份數為115.24萬股，佔公司目前總股本的比例為0.5%，其本次減持計劃尚未實施完畢。敬請投資者關注上述股東減持風險。
2019年12月31日公司第四屆董事會第三臨時次會議審議通過了《關於公司非公開發行股票方案的議案》，該非公開發行股票事項尚處於預案階段，存在以下不確定性風險：1、非公開發行股票需獲得公司股東大會審議通過和中國證監會核准，能否獲得通過和批准存在不確定性；2、非公開發行股票事項的股票發行受宏觀經濟、資金供求、市場利率、資本市場波動等諸多因素的影響，發行情況及結果存在不確定性；3、非公開發行股票募集資金的投向及使用效益受集成電路行業景氣度、產業政策等因素影響，存在無法產生預期效益的風險。
