新地天水圍Wetland Seasons Park周六次輪銷售 折實入場374萬
新地(00016.HK)副董事總經理雷霆表示,天水圍「Wetland Seasons Park」推售表現理想,由於市場仍有向隅客,會於周六進行次輪銷售,涉及335伙,包括331個分層單位及4間洋房,合共貨值約24億元。
代理總經理胡致遠指,分層單位折實售價374萬至1,740萬元,呎價介乎9,995至16,284元;而洋房單位則會以招標形式出售。
雷霆指,未來兩月會推出白石角「雲匯」與將軍澳「晉海」現樓單位,分別提供約200伙及100伙,以及沙田豪宅項目,希望維持「月月有樓賣」。 ~
