龍光地產(3380.HK)成功發行10億元5年期公司債券 票面年利率4.8%創三年新低
格隆匯1月6日丨今日,龍光地產(3380.HK)全資附屬公司深圳市龍光控股有限公司作為發行人,向合資格投資者公開簿記發行2020年首期公司債券,發行規模為人民幣10億元,債券為期五年,票面年利率為4.8%,創下公司近三年發債利率最低記錄。 此次發行的公司債券為無擔保債券。在第三年末附發行人調整票面利率選擇權,而投資者擁有回售公司債券的選擇權。經中誠信證券評估有限公司綜合評定,發行人的主體信用等級和本期債券信用評級均為AAA,評級展望為穩定。 本次公司債券票面利率進一步降低,彰顯出龍光地產良好的企業信用和融資能力,有助於進一步優化公司債務結構,降低融資成本,為公司的持續發展提供強有力的資金保障。
