格隆匯1月3日丨光明地產(600708.SH)公佈,2019年12月新增房地產項目1個,情況如下:
公司及全資子公司上海農工商華都實業(集團)有限公司(“華都實業”)通過承債式收購方式分別取得了擁有浙江省慈溪市慈開II201035#地塊土地權屬的項目公司寧波嘉佳置業有限公司80%股權且承擔相應負債、20%股權且承擔相應負債。該項目位於寧波杭州灣新區現代服務休閒區,項目出讓面積為30000平方米,容積率為不低於4.5不高於6,計容建築面積為147461.89平方米,土地用途為商服用地(住宿餐飲用地)、其他普通商品住房用地,土地使用年限為住宿餐飲用地40年、其他普通商品住房用地70年,土地成交總價為人民幣2700萬元。此次公司收購總金額為人民幣27040萬元,華都實業收購總金額為人民幣6760萬元。公司目前擁有該項目100%權益。
