格隆匯1月2日丨閏土股份(002440.SZ)公佈,公司於2019年12月31日收到阮加春和阮興祥的減持進展情況告知函,阮加春於2019年12月18日至2019年12月31日期間,通過競價交易和大宗交易累計減持公司股份1360萬股,佔公司總股本比例的1.1821%,較上述預披露公告其所披露的減持計劃數量已過半;阮興祥於2019年12月31日通過競價交易減持公司股份250萬股,佔公司總股本比例的0.2173%,阮興祥的股份減持計劃已經完成。
