盈峯環境(000967.SZ)擬斥5000萬元參投機器人產業基金 加快發展智能環衞裝備及環衞機器人
格隆匯12月26日丨盈峯環境(000967.SZ)公佈，公司為了加快發展智能環衞裝備、環衞機器人，確保公司在環衞裝備領域的龍頭優勢，完善公司戰略佈局及提升公司的市場競爭力。公司擬與寧波盈峯股權投資基金管理有限公司(“盈峯投資基金”)、寧波盈峯睿和投資管理有限公司(“盈峯睿和投資”)等共同參與投資“湖南盈峯機器人產業基金合夥企業(有限合夥)”(“機器人產業基金”)，機器人產業基金擬募集資金規模為12億元人民幣(具體以實際募資為準),公司擬以自有資金認繳出資5000萬元人民幣。
設立產業基金合夥人中，公司與盈峯投資基金、盈峯睿和投資存在關聯關係。何劍鋒先生直接持有公司2.01%股權，通過實際控制寧波盈峯資產管理有限公司(“盈峯資產”)、盈峯控股集團有限公司(“盈峯集團”)間接持有公司43.55%的股權，合計持有公司45.56%股權，為公司實際控制人。何劍鋒先生分別間接持有盈峯投資基金99.99%股權、盈峯睿和投資99.99%股權，符合《深圳證券交易所股票上市規則》規定的關聯關係情形，因此此次對外投資行為構成關聯交易。
湖南盈峯機器人產業基金合夥企業(有限合夥)投資方向：投資聚焦於工業機器人、服務機器人、特種機器人及自動化系統相關產業鏈，在環衞、礦山、建築、零售等細分領域，針對智慧環衞與智慧城市、智能製造與智慧工廠、機器人系統集成、本體、核心零部件、人工智能（感知、決策、大數據）等產業鏈核心環節，通過孵化、投資、併購、產業整合等方式，推動基金投資組合間的產業協同、所投標的成長為行業內優秀頭部企業或隱形冠軍。
此次投資目的主要是為了抓住國內機器人產業快速發展的機遇，為公司發展智能環衞裝備、環衞機器人注入新動能，進一步鞏固公司在環衞裝備領域的龍頭地位，實現產業資源與金融資本的良性互動，以快速完善公司在環保領域的戰略佈局，致力於成為受人尊敬和信賴的以環衞機器人為龍頭的智能環境裝備及服務的行業引領者。
公司為機器人產業基金的有限合夥人，對上述基金的投資負有限責任的投資風險。此次合作在保證公司主營業務有序發展的前提下，通過借鑑專業投資機構的投資經驗，可為公司的資本運作提供豐富的經驗，將有助於提高公司對外投資的質量及資本運作的能力和水平，為公司持續、快速、穩定發展提供保障，為公司致力於成為受人尊敬和信賴的以環衞機器人為龍頭的智能環境裝備及服務的行業引領者奠定好基礎。
