漢嘉設計(300746.SZ)近日簽訂兩個建設項目工程總承包合同
格隆匯12月26日丨漢嘉設計(300746.SZ)公佈，公司於近日簽訂兩個建設項目工程總承包合同，分別為：1、公司和浙江宏超建設集團有限公司組成聯合體與杭州市祥符鎮阮家橋村經濟合作社就阮家橋村經濟合作社商業綜合用房設計-採購-施工(EPC)總承包事宜，簽訂了《建設項目工程總承包合同》(“阮家橋合同”)；2、公司和浙江新盛建設集團有限公司組成聯合體與杭州市拱墅區京杭運河綜合保護開發有限公司就康橋健康產業園康橋單元FG03-A5-01、FG04-A5-02地塊工程設計-採購-施工(EPC)總承包事宜，簽訂了《建設項目工程總承包合同》(“康橋合同”)。
工程名稱：阮家橋村經濟合作社商業綜合用房設計-採購-施工(EPC)總承包；工程內容及規模：地塊建設用地面積8615.70㎡，擬建總建築面積為34642.65㎡，其中地上建築面積為21961.46㎡，地下建築面積為12681.19㎡。最終建設規模以施工許可證為準。項目概算總投資2.192億元。工程所在省市詳細地址：項目位於拱墅區慶隆小河單元內。工程承包範圍：招標範圍為項目全部內容的工程設計、工程施工、材料設備採購與安裝、竣工驗收、備案、移交和工程缺陷責任期內的缺陷修復、保修服務等內容，以及對工程項目進行質量、安全、進度、費用、合同、信息等管理和控制。EPC總工期：900日曆天。合同價格為人民幣約1.98億元。
工程名稱：康橋健康產業園康橋單元FG03-A5-01、FG04-A5-02地塊工程設計-採購-施工(EPC)總承包；工程內容及規模：項目總用地面積39376平方米(以實測為準)，總建築面積172897平方米，其中地上建築面積102377平方米，地下建築面積70520平方米。最終建設規模以施工許可證為準。工程所在省市詳細地址：工程位於杭州市拱墅區康橋街道。工程承包範圍：招標範圍為項目初步設計批覆範圍內全部內容的工程設計、工程前期、工程施工、材料設備採購與安裝、醫用設施工程採購與安裝、竣工驗收、備案、移交和工程缺陷責任期內的缺陷修復、保修服務等內容，以及對工程項目進行質量、安全、進度、費用、合同、信息等管理和控制。EPC總工期：1270日曆天；合同價格為人民幣約12.1億元。
阮家橋合同的總金額為約1.98億元，佔公司2018年經審計的營業收入9.45億元的比例為21%。康橋合同的總金額為約12.1億元，佔公司2018年經審計的營業收入9.45億元的比例為128.12%。上述合同實施預計將對公司2020年及以後年度經營業績產生積極影響。如項目順利實施，將進一步鞏固和提升公司在建築設計領域的市場競爭力，為後續市場開拓和項目承接打好基礎。
